Part of this success story comes from the fostering of new industry talent, every year they hire promising individuals through their Graduate Program.

cquired by French publishing giant Ubisoft in 2011, the Helsinki based studio has garnered a reputation as an agile working environment that’s bursting with personality and creativity. Best known for the Trials franchise, the studio recently earned additional notoriety due to the successful launch of its South Park: Phone Destroyer mobile game, cementing the studio as a true multiplatform powerhouse."A typical day can start with the Creative Director blasting T-shirts across the studio with a huge compressed-air cannon." Tiina Mäkelä - project coordinator, 26, a Graduate program recruit. If you’re a motivated and talented graduate, you can work your way up in the industry, specialising in Project Management or Programming during the two-year Graduate Program.
"I've always been crazy about games and wanted to work in the business", explains Mäkelä,"This is the only program of its kind in Finland." Graduates like Mäkelä can join the team and be supported and mentored by more senior team members. EXPERIENCE FROM ACROSS THE POND
The second year of the Graduate Program offers you the chance to work in one of a number of Ubisoft studios around the globe. Joni Ruotsalainen, 27, a Business Studies graduate from Vaasa University, is spending his second year in Toronto, Canada working as a project coordinator. Ruotsalainen looks forward to returning to RedLynx after the exchange. "RedLynx has a great working atmosphere! You get to be yourself and everyone shares the same passion - gaming."
